Spring cleaning is a thing, so we've done a little tidying up in the app. You won't notice any changes, but rest assured that the closets are clean, baseboards are wiped, and the doorknobs disinfected (yup, it's a thing).
While we were under the couch dusting, we noticed a pretty nasty little bug that was causing app crashes when you followed email links to start an activity like Question of the Day. We squashed that bug dead.

Contrast is king
They say that ‘content is king.' Since we already have awesome content, we spent the last few weeks focused on our contrast. That means various elements within our application should 'pop’ a bit more - things like answer cards or entry fields.

What’s in a picture?
Continuing our quest to make our application more accessible for all members, we have expanded how we describe complex elements. This includes descriptive text for both graphs and calendar view, and long descriptions for complex images. Accessibility Updates

The small and mighty iPhone SE
Our powerful test prep works on even the smallest devices...until you need to login again. Previously, the keyboard blocked the sign in button and hitting the keyboard ‘Done' button would not log you in. This update fixes that issue by setting the keyboard 'Done’ button to 'Go'. When it is pressed, your login credentials are processed.

Magic email magically unbroken
If you used your magic email to log into your applications twice, sometimes the second time used the code from the first login (which wouldn’t work). It’s fixed! We now clear out all history of old codes so your magic email code will be oven-fresh each time.

Retrying in 3, 2, 1...
No matter how hard we try, sometimes the bits just don't make it through the tubes. This can mean that your Quiz isn't properly submitted or that your purchase isn't properly validated. We take this seriously and focused this release on avoiding those network failures where at all possible. We also improved our response when they do inevitably happen by sharing that information with you and allowing you to try the action again.

Minor bug fixes
We found and squashed a couple bugs over the last few weeks. Most notably, some members reported that their quiz results were not showing the proper data based on how they actually did. We fixed that and ensured that the Stats tab showed the proper aggregate stats for your entire quiz history, regardless of your subscription status. We also resolved a layout issue that made it hard to select the Custom Quiz Mode on an iPad being used in landscape orientation.

100% Club bug fix
For those of our members that have completed the entire bank of questions in a particular exam, the Quick 10 and Timed quiz modes were generating new quizzes with repeated questions. This update fixes that issue and ensures that a quiz prioritizes questions in chronological order.

Challenge Levelled Up!
Many exams have started to add more challenging Multiple Correct Response, or MCR, questions to their exams. Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate test prep experience and so we have now added MCR questions to our databases. These question types aren't on all exams, but if they are on yours, you will start to see more and more of these style of questions as you review with Pocket Prep. Select all that apply... challenge accepted.
We also addressed an issue where some users were not able to install content updates. This update should ensure everyone has the latest review questions for their exam. We are continually updating our questions, adding more and now adding MCR questions, so keep an eye out for updates.

Share The Question of the Day!
Studying for a big exam is a journey and taking a few quizzes each day helps you stay sharp. Our Question of the Day is a bite sized way to maintain that habit and now you can share it with friends. Just tap the share button in the lower right of the Question View on your QotD and send / post it for friends to review. Your friends don't need an account or the app!
We also addressed an issue that some users were experiencing regarding viewing of the answer explanations. Thanks for everyone who let us know about this and please reach out if you are still having trouble.

QotD notification fixed and more.
Some users' Question of the Day notifications were including text from a different day. This update ensures that the question shown in the notification is that day's Question of the Day.
We also resolved an issue with purchases that were failing but the spinner was not hiding. Those situations will now show you why the purchase failed and the app will not be stuck with the spinner up.
